Mavi Mudiaga-Erhueh


Mavi Mudiaga-Erhueh, with extensive experience in International Commercial Law, and International Alternative Dispute Resolution, received an LLM degree from London School of Economics. Her varied practice in International Commercial Arbitration has proved useful in many collaborative efforts with international organizations. Her scholarship and certifications in these areas of experience provide further depth to her publications and research activities. She is the author of works that include: “Fighting Terrorism with An Economic Model of Duopoly,” “NIS Recruitment Tragedy: A wake-up Call for Laws on Corporate Manslaughter,” “A Legislator’s Multi-Lemma,” and “On Jail Term for ‘Critics’.”
